Terms of service

I have read the FAQ section of this website and understand that if any t-shirt blocks needs to be built up to 15" (small t-shirts), or if more than one graphic is combined to make a block, a $8.50 fee will be charged per block.

Payment is due upon completion of quilt. Once you receive your balance invoice, you agree to pay the balance within 10 days or be charged late fees. After 30 days, a formal collection process will begin.

You will not hold Blue Ribbon Quilt Co. liable for any accidents to your shirts while in our possession (i.e., premises fire, natural disasters, hurricane, tornatos etc.) We take every precaution to keep your shirts safe and sound but on very rare occasions, an incident might happen. While we know these shirts are usually one-of-a-kind, we do everything in our power to make the situation right.

Please note: We will not incorporate t-shirts where we find the graphic or wording offensive. It is our right to determine what is appropriate for the quilts we make. If we find a shirt that we cannot put into the quilt for this reason, we will contact you to let you know. If we receive shirts inappropriate, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees for their return.

Submitting your order will constitute agreement with the aforementioned statements.
