1. Please scroll down and click on the image of the style you would like to order.
2. After clicking on the style, read ALL the information on the right area of the screen.
3. Scroll down towards the bottom of the screen and start choosing the options shown.
4. Continue to check-out.  Please note, you will only be paying a deposit at this time.
5. Go to your email and print the invoice you received from us.
6. Place all your shirts in a plastic bag and include the printed invoice you printed out in step 5.
7. Send your shirts to: Blue Ribbon Quilt Co., 806 Indigo Village Ct., Southport, NC 28461
8. 10 - 15 days after you send out shirts, check the Orders Received List to see if we have received your shirts.
9. When your quilt is almost finished, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid through our on-line secure payment processing center.
10. After payment is received, you will be sent a UPS tracking number to await the arrival of your quilt.

Please Note: If more than one graphic is combined to make a block or shirts need to be stitched (ie., button up jerseys, dress shirts, v necks, or to build a block up to size) a minimum of $8.50 fee will be charged per block. We can only accept a MAXIMUM OF 5 SHIRTS per quilt that need to be pieced.

Items we cannot use: Cheerleading uniforms, fronts of button-down baseball jerseys and dance costumes of any kind. Please keep in mind that most youth t-shirts will incur extra charges for piecing.

It is our policy not to offer quilt fabric consultation or photos during production or when finished. Once the quilt is in production, it moves quite rapidly within a matter of days. During this phase, we simply cannot stop it to take pictures for approval. I realize that there might be other t-shirt quilt businesses that do this, but because of our volume (600+ quilts a year), we simply cannot implement this into our production schedule. We give our customers full control over the fabric selection and shirt layout before the shirts are sent. Once it is in production, rest assured we pay close attention to these instructions.
