Ordering Process:

1. Pay $100 deposit when filling out your order below.

2. Send 12–42 shirts to our Southport studio

3. Choose optional embroidery ($25 for up to 2 lines), border, colored back or other options below.

4. We craft your quilt in 6–8 weeks

5. You receive an invoice and we ship once final payment is made

Please note:

• Not ideal for sequined or heavy fabrics

• Youth shirts may require piecing (extra charges apply)

Items we cannot use: Cheerleading uniforms, fronts of button-down baseball jerseys and dance costumes of any kind. Please keep in mind that most youth t-shirts will incur extra charges for piecing.

How Many Shirts In Order is the quantity of shirts you are sending with your order. This may be a different number than the size quilt you want made. We will work with what you are sending to make it the size you desire.

Layout Included? Please lay out your shirts and send picture along with your shirts.

Embroidery - Please type your desired phrase to be embroidered in this box. We can only accept phrases that are less than 21 characters for each line. We have a 2 line limit. There is an extra $25.00 charge for all embroidery.

Photo Block: If you would like for us to print out a photo to be included into a block, we charge $15 for each photo block.

Optional Back of Quilt Fabric Color Additional Charges: A premium, high thread count muslin is our standard backing for economy style quilts.  If you would like to have a different fabric on the back, please review our fabrics here.

It is our policy not to offer quilt fabric consultation or photos during production or when finished. Once the quilt is in production, it moves quite rapidly within a matter of days. During this phase, we simply cannot stop it to take pictures for approval. I realize that there might be other t-shirt quilt businesses that do this, but because of our volume (600+ quilts a year), we simply cannot implement this into our production schedule. We give our customers full control over the fabric selection and shirt layout before the shirts are sent. Once it is in production, rest assured we pay close attention to these instructions.

*If more than one graphic is combined to make a block or shirts need to be stitched (ie., button up jerseys, dress shirts, v necks, or to build a block up to size) a $8.50 fee will be charged per block.
