Our traditional style - 2″ fabric is inserted between the t-shirt blocks with alternating corner blocks of a coordinating color fabric. We use the finest quality (quilter’s grade) 100% cotton fabric for all our sashing and backing. You can request a particular color for this or you can let US choose for you taking in consideration the t-shirts you have supplied.

If ordering a Ex Sm 12 block quilt, we require a $65 border to be added.

You are paying for the deposit. You will be billed the balance (+shipping) once your quilt has been completed.

  Items we cannot use: Cheerleading uniforms, sequenced items and  dance costumes of any kind. Please keep in mind that most youth t-shirts will incur extra charges for piecing.

Sashing Color is the color you would like between the blocks. In the t-shirt quilt pictured above, this color is grey.
Corner Block Color is the small blocks. In the t-shirt quilt pictured above, this color is dark red.

Extra large sizes below incur an additional 10% handling charge.

How Many Shirts In Order is the quantity of shirts you are sending with your order. This may be a different number than the size quilt you want made. We will work with what you are sending to make it the size you desire.

Layout Included? The best way to do this is to take a picture of your layout and send it along with your shirts.  Please do. not use post it notes or stack them in order.  This sometimes gets unorganized during processing.

Embroidery ( - Please type your desired phrase to be embroidered in this box. We can only accept phrases that are less than 20 characters for each line. We have a 2 line limit. There is an extra $25.00 charge for all embroidery.

Photo Block: If you would like for us to print out a photo to be included into a block, we charge $15 for each photo block.  Please email us your photos to support@quiltmyshirts.com with your name and order number.

Additional Notes: In this section please put any additional information you would like for us to know. If you have a preference for the backing fabric, please indicate it here.

It is our policy not to offer quilt fabric consultation or photos during production or when finished. Once the quilt is in production, it moves quite rapidly within a matter of days. During this phase, we simply cannot stop it to take pictures for approval. I realize that there might be other t-shirt quilt businesses that do this, but because of our volume (600+ quilts a year), we simply cannot implement this into our production schedule. We give our customers full control over the fabric selection and shirt layout before the shirts are sent. Once it is in production, rest assured we pay close attention to these instructions.
