  • Secure your spot and style now; pay the rest + shipping later

• Pack & Ship Your Shirts

  • Make sure to send either the email confirmation or write a note with your name and order number and include it with your shirts.

• Order Confirmation

  • 1- 10 days after you send out shirts, check the Orders Received List to see if we have received your shirts.

• We Make It (6–8 Week Turnaround)

• Final Payment & Shipping

  • We invoice balance when completed  + shipping

  • After payment is received, you will be sent the UPS tracking number to await the arrival of your quilt.
  • Ship your quilt to your door

Items we cannot use: Cheerleading uniforms, fronts of button-down baseball jerseys and dance costumes of any kind. Please keep in mind that most youth t-shirts will incur extra charges for piecing.

Just a quick heads-up: We do not do fabric consultations or progress photos. Once your quilt is in production, things move pretty fast in that stage—usually within a few days—and we’re not able to pause the process for photo approvals.

We totally understand that some companies may offer that, but with over 600 quilts made each year, it’s just not something we can build into our workflow.

The good news? You get to choose your fabric and layout before you send your shirts, and we always follow your preferences carefully once the quilting begins.
